Do you only work with telecom operators?
Operators are the centre of gravity — STC, Zain KSA, Mobily, Airtel, and the integrators around them. The same practices apply to enterprises that run campaign, loyalty, CRM, and billing-adjacent systems on a similar partner stack.
What does a MongoDB engagement usually include?
Collection and index design, security controls, upgrade sequencing, and operating notes for the team that will own the cluster. We do not treat MongoDB as an isolated lab project; identifiers have to match CRM and billing.
How do you handle data security on a programme?
It is in the first plan: data classes, access, logging, and backup assumptions. Testing includes the security cases, so they are not a surprise in the last week before traffic.
Can you implement Sugar CRM without replacing everything else?
Yes. Sugar CRM is useful as the sales and service record. We wire it to the keys and events you already have in campaign, loyalty, MongoDB, or RBM rather than asking the estate to start again.
How does an engagement start?
