Campaign Management System
Audience, offer, and channel in one operating picture — so marketing can run the programme and finance can still read what was granted.
Campaign platforms fail for operational reasons more often than creative ones. The audience is stale. The offer cannot be billed. The channel will not send what the brief assumed. Innova Core Technologies implements and integrates campaign management systems so those three stay in step on operator programmes in the Kingdom.
We work from Riyadh, inside Data, Integration, Customer Experience, and Automation programmes. Campaign is the CX thread customers actually notice. It cannot be a silo. Loyalty, Sugar CRM, MongoDB profiles, and revenue and billing all touch the same person. If campaign writes a grant that billing cannot reverse, you will meet finance on a Tuesday. If CRM does not see the outcome, care will promise something campaign already ended.
Audience, offer, channel
Audience work is identifier work. Segments that mix MSISDN, account id, and a digital handle without a map will leak, duplicate, and suppress the wrong people. We keep keys consistent with CRM and billing, and we treat consent and suppression as data, not as a footnote in a brand deck. A test cell is part of the design. If you cannot hold out a group, you cannot learn, and you cannot prove the platform to a steering committee.
Offer work is product work. A campaign that grants a benefit is making a commercial promise. The offer must exist in a form RBM can price, loyalty can earn against if points are involved, and care can explain. We do not let marketing maintain a second catalogue in slides. The sentence that describes the offer in campaign is the sentence that billing and loyalty use.
Channel work is constrained by what the network and the vendors will actually send: SMS, app, care, email, or whatever the estate already runs. We do not design a channel map that requires a new stack you will not fund. We wire the campaign system to the channels you have, with logs operations can query when a send fails at scale.
How we deliver
Discovery walks a live or planned campaign with marketing, digital, BSS, and care in the room. We write the journey, the systems, and the failure modes: expired consent, duplicate reach, an offer that RBM does not know, a loyalty earn that campaign granted twice. That list is the backlog. Certified, repeatable delivery means we reuse patterns rather than heroics every quarter.
Integration is the centre of the job. Campaign must read a clean enough profile, write outcomes back to CRM, and respect what billing and loyalty will do next. MongoDB may hold the rich profile; the keys still have to be dull. Data security is in the same programme: who may build a segment, who may export it, what the audit trail shows. A campaign extract of a restricted customer is a security defect, not a marketing convenience.
Testing follows real journeys, not screenshots of a calendar UI. We prove a grant, a suppression, a test cell, and a failure on the channel. Defects name the system and the expected control so a vendor or an internal squad can act. Upgrades of the campaign platform are planned with freeze windows shared with CRM, loyalty, and RBM, because those estates read the same customer.
What you should be able to run
After handover, marketing should be able to build and schedule without calling the project team. Operations should know which log is truth. Finance should be able to see what was granted. Compliance should be able to see who was excluded and why. That is the operating picture. It is also why we stay close to the partner stack already in the room rather than dropping a parallel campaign story nobody can support.
We have already sat with operators and integrators including Systems Arabia, STC, Zain KSA, Mobily, Airtel, Maalim Al Khabra, and Smart Solutions. The lesson is consistent: campaign only pays for itself when it shares one customer with the rest of the stack. If that is the programme in front of you, request a callback from Riyadh.
